The SPME Austria Chapter is happy to inform that we are organizing following events in Fall 2009:

· Lecture by Brig. Gen. (res.) Efraim Lapid: Israel- a Story of Democracy and Terror. Monday, September 7th, 2009 Club Cuveé Vienna – together with the Austrian-Israeli Society

· Wednesday, September 16th: Presentation of the Book that has been published with the contributions from our lecture series: Israel- Geschichte und Gegenwart (Israel-History and Present) – the presentation is organized bys SPME Austria in cooperation with the publisher: Braumüller-Verlag and the Austrian-Israeli Society.
