SPME is here to help academics reestablish balance about Israel and the Middle East, fight antisemitism and restore academic and intellectual honesty on campuses around the world.

Our network provides this support through shared best practices, mentoring, and guidance to students and junior faculty. Further, we believe that key steps can be taken to enhance our impact such as expanding the network with supportive community members which is key.

Previous donations to SPME have enabled us to move quickly on a number of critical initiatives, including on-campus efforts to defeat BDS resolutions, academic conferences, law deans’ missions to Israel, traveling panels of pro-Israel scholars, student mentoring, pressure on university administrators to protect Jewish students from hostile conditions, and other targeted, critical work.
