The last sentence of my letter was not a criticism, but a question (“how is
it possible that none of the pro-Israel lobby groups knew about this
upcoming motion, and/or didn’t do anything to stop it?”). In view of the
answer of Prof. Ed Morgan (who is the President of the Canadian Jewish
Congress) to this question, we can learn that the leaders of the Ontario
section of the CUPE are not only uninformed radicals but also undemocratic
hypocrites. In case somebody had any doubt…
