The Center for Israel Studies at American University was created in 1998 to study and interpret the intellectual and creative contributions of modern Israel in the arts, sciences, social sciences and humanities. AICE is a non-profit, nonpartisan organization created in 1993 to promote cooperation between the United States and Israel and educate the public about Jewish history and culture.
