SPME would like to know what you think will be the results of the UN Security Council cease fire resolution. Israel, Lebanon and Hizbollah have all said they would comply and yet as of this writing the intensity of the fighting is raging.

Will the fighting cease at 0500 GMT?

If implemented will the accord be shortlived?

If so, what do you predict and why? What will be the consequences if the resolution is implemented and holds?

What will be the consequences if the resolution is not implemented or does not hold?

What do you think?
