Other than paying lip service to anti-Semitism, antisemitism and antisemitism, what is wrong with a strong Israel lobby? It is de rigeur for survival in Washington and, aside from Judeophobes and others, e*v*e*r*y*o*n*e would like to have a strong lobby to influence their position in Washington.

Examples: Christian Evangilists, oil, tobacco, weapons, gambling, liquor, pharmaceuticals, women’s rights, children’s rights,1st-2nd-4th, etc Amendment protectors, ad absurdum.

Counter the charge as a) ridiculous given the lobby industry alongside government; b) the charge is deliberately anti-Jewish and stems from the 19th-century anti-Semites.
I’m sure there are competent people to write such an essay.
