Prof. Amos N. Guiora is Professor of Law at the S.J Quigley College of Law, The University of Utah. He teaches criminal law, international law, religion and terrorism and global perspectives on counter-terrorism.

His publications include: Global Perspectives on Counterterrorism, A Casebook (Aspen Publishers, 2007) and Constitutional Limits on Coercive Interrogation (OUP 2008) and Teaching Morality in Armed Conflict- The IDF Model (Jewish Political Studies Review). Prof. Guiora served for 19 years in the IDF’s JAG Corps and had command responsibility for the development of an interactive video teaching IDF soldiers codes of conduct vis a vis civilian populations during armed conflict.
