BATTLEFIELD ETHICS IN THE JEWISH TRADITION

Rabbi Michael Broyde, an Emory University Law Professor, will discuss the ethics of war as it applies to modern combat such as when confronting an enemy that does not wear a uniform, uses “human shields” and otherwise violates international war conventions.
